One Pet at a Time - Reliable
Pet care experience
We have extensive dog experience; we have shared our home with dogs that have had a variety of personalities and that range in age. I formerly did in-home pet sitting and we were a long-term foster for a puppy mill dog. Our neighbors have depended on us for dog care when they've had new puppies or were gone for long periods of time. We both grew up around dogs and have owned multiple dogs and we enjoy all the phases and are especially experienced with senior dogs. We are certainly 'dog people.'
Reviews
There is no one I trust more to watch my dog than Amy and Todd. We live close by and every time we walk by their house, our dog gets excited hoping he might get to spend some time with them. They have experience with many types of dogs and dog situations so I always know Chester will be safe and happy with them no matter what happens. There is nothing like being able to leave home knowing Amy and Todd are taking care of him. They have a special way with dogs. I highly recommend them.
Excellent! Kept me updated with photos & how he was doing during the day. Would bring Chandler back in a heartbeat.
Amy has cared for our dogs for years. She has loved each one for their different personalities and quirks. 100% reliable and will give your dog a ton of attention! Whenever we have to leave town, I miss my pups, but I know they are in good hands!
I've had the pleasure of working with Amy as my dogs' sitter for several years now and I cannot say enough good things about her. She has a genuine love for dogs and it shows in the exceptional care she provides to my naughty puppies! Amy goes above and beyond to make sure my dogs are happy, comfortable and safe while in her care. I can always trust they're in good hands. I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a loving and responsible dog sitter. Thank you Amy for all that you do!

We have a clean home with comfortable landing spots for pets. We only care for one dog at a time or for dogs that know each other. There are no other pets or children in the home. All dogs are leashed before going outdoors and we accompany them as they do their business as we do not have a completely fenced yard. There are steps in the home and if a dog cannot handle steps we keep those fenced off, if a dog has mobility issues on hardwood floors we put down rubber-backed rugs in the traffic areas to aid the dog. The dog has reign of the first floor unless they need to be crated when unsupervised. If I have to leave the house during the day generally the dog spends time with my husband in his downstairs office, where the couch is within petting distance of his computer station. Our home is quiet and calm and we are the same! If your dog is comfortable on-leash, we will take walks in the neighborhood and to the nearby Victory Memorial Parkway which is a long, tree-lined park area.

Information Amy & Todd C. would like to know about your pet
Please share if your dog has special needs or behavioral needs and we can work together to make sure we're a good match. I also like to know about a dog's usual schedule and habits; feeding, bathroom, walking, sleep etc. because the more we know the smoother the visit and the more peace of mind there is for the pet owner.
A typical day
Any dog who stays with us is included in the daily routine. During the winter months I am generally home and pets can hang out as they wish. My husband is WFH and many dogs enjoy hanging out in his office. If visiting dogs like to walk we take advantage of the nearby parkway that has paved paths and lots of grass.

Availability
Our schedules allow for attentive care. I own a garden-maintenance business and am home during the off season, my husband works from home year around. We miss our dog and give visiting dogs a lot of attention while making sure they have their outdoor time and a normal routine.
