Pet care experience
The majority of my working life has been with animals. Between 14 and 19 years old I cared for and helped train hunting dogs. The following 10 years I worked as a veterinary assistant. While working in the veterinary field I gained experience working with healthy animals as well as chronically ill patients. I am able and have the knowledge to care for healthy animals and those who need TLC and medical treatment.

Amy is a trained veterinary assistant whom I’ve trusted with the care of my dog and 2 cats on several occasions- ranging from just 24 hour care to an entire week. She always does an amazing job with our furbabies. From walks, to administering necessary medications, I know she’ll make sure our animals have what they need. 10/10.

At this time I am unable to care for animals in my own home. I will be able to play with your pets in a fenced in yard or leash walk. Playing fetch, tug-of-war, etc with your beloved canines or be able to play with your felines via laser, mouse toys, etc. I have two children, ages 2 & 4, who may need to come with me at times.

A typical day
I will stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. I can play fetch and ask them to do tricks. I will keep them as busy as I can unless they prefer to cuddle.

I will be attending nursing school so I will have the following schedule. Monday's & Thursday's: unavailable 7am-1pm. Beginning mid-October: unavailable Saturday's and Sunday's 6am-4pm.
