Pet care experience
Cats and dogs. All breeds, any size. They will know they’re loved with me! I have several years experience of caring for others’ beloved pets, both cats and dogs. I’ve house sat, made drop-in visits, and taken many walks! I always take the time to get to know them, nearly always making quick friends, so that they feel comfortable while their family is away. I follow whatever directions are provided and communicate regularly to all clients.

Amy has taken care of my 52 lb. dog for about 3 years now. She has kept her up to 11 days at a time while I traveled. What I love about Amy is that she is responsible and reliable and I have never had to worry that my dog would be neglected! She takes excellent care of her: walking her twice a day, giving her love and feeding her on her usual schedule. She’s also communicative and will make sure you know your animal is doing well. I highly recommend Amy as a pet sitter!
Amy is terrific with cats and dogs. She always thinks of their welfare (even if they’ve gotten in trouble!). She was more concerned about getting possibly toxic paint off my cat’s paws than she was with the mess he made with the paint. She is conscientious to a fault when it comes to caring for animals. She is flexible and will work with you to meet your needs and expectations for your pets! My pets just love her!

I have a two bedroom apartment, two cats living with me. My cats are very sweet, one is extremely shy while the other loves to sit wherever I am. Both cats have experience living with dogs and for the most part ignore their presence. The apartment complex has large yard areas for walks and bathroom breaks. It is a very dog-friendly area!

I prefer to have written instructions I can either print out or that are left for me. Keeping as close to their routine in and outside of the home is the best way to keep them comfortable and reassured. These instructions can include feeding schedule and preferences (treats, bones, etc), walking schedule, contact information, vet information and emergency contacts. I have no breed preferences. I love all dogs!
A typical day
There is a large open area to walk with pups in my apartment complex. It is a very pet-friendly area. Fun activities can include lots of cuddles and play with toys in doors! I will never have your pup off leash outside.

I attend Georgia Southern University full time, however currently I am taking most of my classes on Zoom so I am home every day and night. My availability is highly flexible!
