Weekday Hours: Early morning to 11:30am and 8:00pm to 11pm Weekend Hours: Anytime I have owned dogs since I was nine years old, one of which was special needs. He suffered from epilepsy and pancreatitis from the time he was a year old. I went to every veterinary visit (even the emergency ones in the middle of the night) in order to understand how to better take care of him. This interest led me to volunteering at a veterinary hospital throughout college that allowed me to build upon the knowledge I had already acquired. These experiences have taught me the importance of special diets, as well as, techniques to give oral medications (liquids or pills). I adopted my current furbaby (an active Aussie/Border Collie) three years ago. I have spent long hours researching dog behavior to turn my fearful furbaby into a confident addition to society. Just let me know if you would like me to work on some basic training during my visit. I have also adopted two cats. One was a stray at five weeks old and the other, a rescue after she was abandoned by her previous owners. I have a large cat room in our finished basement that I have used to board cats for up to a month. My family is incredibly supportive and someone is always willing to help me out if I need it. My cell phone is my primary method of communication and it is almost always with me.
