I have a love for animals, a nurturing personality, and loads of free time. I am a recently retired Kindergarten teacher. I have trained several pups and currently have 3 dogs.

Amy watched our 2 dogs while we were away over Christmas break. She was very accommodating with our schedule requests and took great care of our dogs. We received daily pictures and updates and Amy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Amy without hesitation and would hope she’s available to watch our furry friends next time we have to travel.
Amy did 2 drop ins on my sweat heart, Lucas. A 100 lbs bundle on energy lab mix. And he is very friendly, and loves to play. Amy followed the directions , both through the cell phone, and I wrote down on paper just in case. The house and yard were perfect when we returned! So I would definitely use her again.

Part of my dream was to offer boarding, but that is not going to be possible. I would love to offer your dog a midday visit/walk if they are left home alone all day. Since I have my husband at home with my dogs, I could stay over for house/pet sitting.

Let me know how well your dog walks on a leash and how they react to strangers. I would need to know if your dog has any particular likes and dislikes. They are all so different.
A typical day
I would provide a play/walk for at least 30 minutes. Just a new friend that visits each day and makes the situation easier for all. I know it can feel strange to allow a person to enter your home when you aren't there, or to leave someone at your house to watch your dog. It's actually similar to hiring a babysitter and leaving them in your home while you go out. It can be hard to trust these days. Some people have a ring or baby cam so they can check in. Maybe we can work out something you are comfortable with.

Availability
My husband and I are home most days. This enables me to offer pet services to others. My own dogs get a good walk every day. My wish is to provide a walk/play to a pup that could really use it. I would freshen their water bowl and give them attention per your instructions. I imagine their excitement when they hear the key in the door.
