Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a kid. My parents are allergic to dogs and cats, so I relished any opportunity I could find to look after my friend's and neighbor's pets in their homes when I was growing up. As an adult, I have fostered a dog, had an old cat that was found as a stray, and had a wonderful bichon for 18 years until she passed from cancer. She was basically my “kid.” I learned a lot about taking care of geriatric dogs who have medications and special needs from her. I currently can’t have pets in my home, but that means I treasure the opportunity to care for your pets even more!

Amy was AMAZING! She took great care of our dog and cat (and house) while we were out of the country. Very communicative, sending pictures and fun updates everyday which really helped ease our worries. Very thoughtful, taking our dog for extra walks if she saw the weather was going to be bad the following days. Very caring, making sure they didn't go too long alone without a potty break even on the day we were due back. And very patient, as it takes a little while for our fur babies to warm up to people. We will be keeping fingers crossed she is available for our future needs and would definitely recommend her to others!
Amy did drop in visits with our cats for a week and did an awesome job keeping us updated and making sure they were taken care of. We will definitely be using amy in the future!
