Pet care experience
Hello! I am new to the Rover app but not at all new to pet care. Pets have always had a special place in my heart, and yours will be no different! I have been a responsible caregiver for both dogs and cats since I was a child. I have volunteered at several rescue groups, participated in foster care, and adopted several dogs. My current furry friend is a sweet 7 yr old spaniel mix named Scooter, and he gets along well with other dogs as well as cats. I work from home so my hours are flexible and I am happy to work with your schedule.

Amy is so great with my dog Scooter. She takes Scooter (25lb cocker spaniel mix) on a long walk every weekday while I'm at work. It's really great for him to get some activity during the day while I'm gone as he is aging and he gets so excited to see her every day. She's been around dogs her whole life and was a junior handler showing champion Dalmatians at dog shows. Amy is really great for the Rover community. Thanks Amy!

I have a large fenced back yard with a doggy door to the house for clients who wish to drop off for day care or boarding. I take my own dog for 1-2 30+ min walks daily and will happily do the same with clients. I am also happy to do more frequent walks if needed.
