1) Is Fur Client well-socialized w/humans? dogs? cats? kids (what ages)? 2) Does Fur Baby know basic commands: sit, come, stay, leave it, down, etc...? What other vocabulary? 3) Any territorial/guarding issues? if so, what is Fur Baby protective of (i.e. owner, children, property, toys, food, treats?) and what behavior does he/she display? 4) If a rescue, do you know the history? 5) Are they allowed human food (i.e. chicken, cheese..)? 6) Does Fur Client have a feeding schedule or is it a free feeder? Please bring their food and treats, so as not to upset their tummies. But, I will also spoil them w/ treats too! 6A) What are the poo & pee schedules? 7) Are Fur Babies leash-trained? Do they display leash aggression? 8) Does Fur Baby have high prey drive? I would like to know so I am prepared for lunging on walks! 9) What are their normal bedtimes & wake-up times? 10) Do they prefer to sleep in their beds, couch, or in bed w/ you? I can provide a clean X-tra large dog bed, medium beds & large crates. Please provide a blanket or pillow that has your scent on it to make him/her at ease. 11) Any illnesses, injuries, or conditions I need to know about in order to properly & better take care of your Fur Baby? 12) Any allergies? What happens to them when exposed to allergen? Are they allowed to have Benadryl? 13) How long can your Fur Baby be alone for in the house in case I have appts. or errands? Are they crate-trained? 14) How long is their walking time & how many times a day? 15) Do they like Dog Parks (DP)? (must have Bordetella vaccine to go to DP and trails). If so, how do Fur babies behave? 16) Has the dog bitten anyone? If so, what were the circumstances? 17) Any quirky behaviors? fears? Separation anxiety? What do they do & how do you deal w/ it? 18) How does Fur Baby do w/ car rides? 19) Can Fur Baby have "Puppaccinos" from Starbucks or "Frozen treats" from Culver's restaurant? Kongs w/ frozen peanut butter or cream cheese in them? Dog Frosty's from Wendy's? • Dogs must be spayed or neutered. May make exceptions for puppies for daycare. • Fur Baby should preferably be house-trained. If not, pee pads should be provided, pls. • All dogs must have an ID Tag & Dog License. • Please provide a copy of Rabies, Leptospirosis 4-way, Bordetella, DAP2 + Parvo vaccines. • Please provide your vet’s contact information & please give your vet authorization to speak w/ me regarding your pet in case of emergency. • Please provide an emergency contact that knows your Fur Baby to come & get them in case something happens to me during their stay. Your Fur Babies will be staying at "Amy's BnB" (Bed 'n' Bark) for vacation time while you are on vacation! I live near a fully enclosed dog park & schoolyard for safe "off-leash" play & mingle (basically PAWty Time)! I have access to many trails for new smells galore! On rainy days, I can take them to Home Depot, Bass Pro Shop, or other pet-welcome stores! Playtime includes playing w/clean dog toys, fetch, tug, chase, interactive toys & possibly learning cute tricks! Cuddle time comes standard & includes rubs.
