I am a Dog Lover of all breeds. I have been an owner of small breeds for 19 years and a sitter privately for small and medium size the past 10 years and I find I love Dogs more than people. I am a retired Salon owner at the very young age of 55 and positioned where I can be flexible most anytime with your schedule. I am skilled with dogs in the sense that I believe I can read their body language well and I am extremely comfortable and compatible with them. Dogs sense this and attract to me very quickly . My home is 2700 sq ft providing plenty of room to roam and comfy spots to nap or rest or run and play down hallways. A 8000 sq ft lot fenced. 2 small doggie doors are available and One large. Green grass to roam. A small gated community with sidewalks and private walks are provided for your pet and a stroll to the lake getting fresh air and exercise. I would love to care for your loved one and friend. Amy’s Pet Palace ......for the pampered pouch.

Amy had my pup stay for 3 nights. Amy was very responsive, polite, and sent many pictures during the stay. She provided had a number of different crates and beds that my pup enjoyed.
Amy is such a caring sitter. Gus was a little anxious but she made sure he was well cared for - like one of her own dogs. She has several large doggie beds and plenty of toys! A large grassy back yard, that is well shaded, makes a great outdoor play area. We were gone for 3 days and she sent pictures each day. We could see he was safe and well cared for. Thank you, Amy!
Amy has a love of animals that shows from the minute she meets your dog! I felt so good knowing that I was leaving my “fur baby” in such good hands. The regular pictures she sent helped me to know that my dog was happy and comfortable. Any also goes above and beyond to attend to special needs (like the eye drops my dog needed). I would highly recommend Amy to anyone considering having a loving & kind lady dog-sit in a wonderful, spacious dog-friendly home! Did I mention that my dog got to eat off of her fine China dishes? Amy will show your pet love in your absence, and she even suggests leaving an article of clothing with your scent so your dog feels comforted. I can’t thank Amy enough for the great care! Book your stay with her!!
This was the first time the dogs stayed with Amy. We have used Rover in the past but our sitter is no longer available. When we did the meet and greet Amy was very comfortable with our 2 dogs. One very large the other small. Both of them were open to her gentle nature. She welcomed us into her beautiful home. It is a place that the dogs can play and run. Lots of space. It being hot outside I was thrilled to see that my dogs can enjoy playing (even ball) inside the house. She has toys for the dogs and water available at all times. Both inside and outside The home has a pool that is secured with fencing. The yard has real grass and is well taken care of. We picked the dogs up today and I must say they are happy and very relaxed. No signs of stress. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone who is looking for a sitter. Your dog will be in good hands. We have already discussed our next drop off dates. :)

It is important to know that their shots are current and I have a copy of that information along with the Veterinarian of preference. I need to know if their pets are biters, snappers, friendly, basic character traits. I’d also need to know what their favorite things to do ie: play ball, Walking, napping.I need to know the eating schedule and/ or any special diets. Treat amounts. Crates are available on site for private space such as sleeping. Your dog(s) will be treated as they were mine. The best possible care and attention.
A typical day
Walks are taken to a private park as shown with my two small dogs and is located three streets away from my home. Activities will include walks, playtime with my two friendly dogs, Daisey and Dakota or separate time depending on the energies. My yard is large enough where the dogs can run and play and also roll in the green grass. There are many toys here if your family member/dog enjoys playing with them. They are welcome to hang out in there own spaces or crates.
