Pet care experience
I’ve been dog sitting in Madison since moving here in 2021. Before that, I was also trusted by many family and friends to watch their dogs while they were away. When choosing me as your dog sitter, I will welcome your pet in with open arms. I will walk, play, feed, snuggle and distribute oral medication when needed. I also make sure to send lots of photos to owners when dog sitting.
Reviews
We were nervous about leaving Mollie, because this was the first time she has been away from home. But she adjusted well thanks to Amy and Michael. They walked her frequently, followed her schedule, and even let her sleep with them! We will be using them in the future.
I needed a sitter because I had to be out of the house for an extended period of time and my dog suffers from separation anxiety. He seemed happy and calm after his stay with Amy. She was quick to respond to any messages and also gave status updates on him throughout the day. I will be booking with her again if I need a sitter in the future :)
Amy was super caring and easy to communicate with! Walnut was very happy hanging out at her place, and we would highly recommend her as a dog sitter/ boarder!!

A typical day
I live in a very walkable neighborhood and enjoying taking whatever dogs I watch out on walks. I like taking dogs to dog parks (if they like that) and playing with them. I will of course provide lots of snuggles as well.

Availability
I currently work from home and am looking for dogs to keep me company. I’ve been debating getting a dog myself so this will be a good first trial run. I like to take breaks from my desk once an hour so that would work perfectly to take a dog out.
