As a long time dog owner and pet sitter, I am excellent at caring for dogs and meeting their needs. I am friendly, outgoing, cautious, organized, respectful, and calm under pressure! I love animals and have pet-sitted for many friends and also volunteered at my local animal shelter. I love taking pets to parks or on hikes and I’m great at teaching tricks! I give great belly rubs and groom like a professional :-). I love goofing around with the animals I meet, especially playing tug of war or hide and seek (I used to petsit a corgi and his favorite game was a sort of doggy marco polo!) My own dog is a rescue with severe arthritis and a limp in his hind right leg, and I cared for him after his surgeries. I am able to care for a dog in distress or a disabled dog.
