ANIMAL LOVER & NURSE FOR HIRE!
Pet care experience
I have taken care of my own dogs and cats my whole life. I am a nurse. I have had 2 dogs that lived for 17 years each. I loved them so! In the end of life of my last dog, he required personal medical care; doggy diapers as well! I have administered shots, IV fluids under the skin, and medications. Besides being able to do the hard care for our older "children" (they are our babies), I have spoiled them rotten with walks, dog parks, toys, treats, baths, grooming, and SO MUCH LOVE! I would love to care for and love on your pets the same while you vacation, need a break, moving, or any other reason you need temporary boarding for your pet! We believe pets are children and family members! Psalm 12:10 10 The righteous care for the needs of their animals.
Reviews
Highly recommend. Amy and Peter took great care of our fur baby. Loved getting pics of all the fun he was having. Loved the meet and greet before hand, made me more comfortable at drop off.
We love Amy & Pete, they are the best!! I give them ten stars. Highly recommend!! Our little Buddy ♥️ them
This is the first time our little guy was boarded outside of a The Watering Bowl or The Howliday Inn and he loved it. Amy and Pete are amazing and caring people who took the best care of our pooch. It definitely isn't "boarding" when staying with Amy and Pete. They welcomed our dog into their family and he had the best time.
Amy and Pete are just the best!! We left our 2 Wheaten Terriers with them for 6 days.. and they not only took excellent care of them, but they kept is updated with pictures and stories, to where we didn’t even feel like we were away from them. I would give them 6 stars if possible!! Highly recommend!!

I have completed Dog and Cat CPR/First Aid Certification with the American Red Cross! I have a pet first aid kit with thermometer, bandages, Tweezers, emergency blanket, guideline to cpr/first aid situations on fridge, etc. I have a huge yard that your baby will be taken out to on a leash. We do not use chemicals/fertilizer in our yard and only pet safe products for our floors and surfaces. We do not diffuse oils and use air freshener only in bathroom. We live in a quiet safe neighborhood that your dog will also be walked in (if applicable) while boarding. We also have a separate living area in the basement for any special needs. We have a boarding storage cabinet for your supplies/items. Frequently washed blankets for your pet's comfort. There is no carpet in our home. Downstairs we have set up a seperate boarding room, if you wish your pets to be separated from our 3 cats. It is tailored to cats currently but can be quite easily swapped into a dog room. We also have a 24 hour 360 camera with 2 way audio with a live feed in that room to our phones and tv). This room also has an additional smoke/carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. We have 3 other extinguishers and 5 other detectors throughout our home. We have Google ability to dial 911 with voice command upstairs and downstairs if in some way we couldn't reach our phones (although we wear smart watches most of time.)

Information Amy M. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pet has any special needs, allergies, personality quirks, iv fluid/shot/medication needs, and/or previous trauma. I would love to accommodate any needs for your babies!
A typical day
A typical day would be as the owner wishes; but typically toy playing, walks in yard, trail in back yard, or neighborhood, free running in tennis courts nearby, pets (if pets accept) and hide/seek!

It really is the perfect fit for me because I work from home and am always here! I also have no weekly outside commitments. My husband is also here most of the day!
