Pet care experience
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a passion for animals. I’ve been dogsitting since I was 15. I’ve taken care of dogs of every size and of many different breeds. My favorite part about dogsitting is simply spending quality time with them. My friends, family, and neighbors will typically look to me if they need a dog sitter for a trip of theirs.

Sends lots of pics & gives lots of walks and time outdoors
Amy was absolutely fantastic! We had to take a last minute trip and our usual pet sitter was unavailable. We found Amy and she was responsive right from the first message. She was very flexible with our schedule as it was very fluid up until the time we had to leave. Amy provided tons of pictures and updates. We always feel nervous leaving our dogs with a new sitter but Amy extinguished our fears almost instantly. Would definitely recommend and rebook!
Amy was wonderful with our dog, Beau, when we needed someone to watch him during a family holiday event. She sent plenty of pictures + updates and was kind enough to hang with him for a bit longer when our event ran over. Thank you, Amy!

My fenced balcony is a great place for us to relax on when the weather is nice. There are plenty of dog parks and walking trails to explore around this area. Don’t worry if your dog isn’t much of a socializer, we can spend time indoors chilling instead of going to the dog park. I will gladly accommodate to yours and your dog’s needs.

Availability
I’m JMU alum so I have plenty of time during evenings and weekends to take care of your dog! Long walks, dog park trips, car rides, or anything your dog desires will happen if you just let me know. While you’re on vacation, your dog will be on one as well when staying with me. My brother also helps out a lot so your dog will rarely be left home alone!
