Hello! I’m a very fortunate mom of one human (7) one floof (2) and one that recently crossed the rainbow bridge. I am currently working from a home office, and would love to have an extra fur baby or two to love ! I’ve worked with dogs, cats, parrots, reptiles, small mammals and raptors, so I am very comfortable with any pet you may have. We also foster dogs and love finding them their forever homes (even though we fall in love with each one)! My home is a ranch. So ideal for dogs that may have mobility issues. I have a 1/3 acre unfenced yard on the Milwaukee River with lots of room to sniff and play. We are also across the river from a park, with friendly neighborhood dogs and walking paths a plenty. I am happy to provide references or answer any questions you may have. Thank you!

Not only does she put the pets at ease, but the owners feel comfortable knowing their pet will be loved, cared for and safe. Amy has taken care of all of our pets for several years. Every time our dogs saw her they would get so excited! You knew they loved her! She honored our schedule and wishes with regard to our pets needs. Amy always made sure she would offer favorite toys, playtime and rewards. I never worried when we were away because of the excellent care they received. I would absolutely recommend Amy. She has a beautiful home, with lots of land that is basically dog heaven. She is extremely intelligent about all kinds of animals, as she has been around them all her life. She has a huge heart and loves all animals very much. Your pet would be in the most loving and safest hands at her home!

She is one of the best dog mom's I know and one who will surely spoil your pup with so much love, just as she does for her own senior pup, Greta. I have a large yard on a river. It is unfenced, but I use a leash for new dogs, and a long lead so there is lots of opportunity for sniffs and exploring. Inside the house, we want humans and dogs alike to feel welcome. Curl up on the sofa, cuddle us on the rug, play with any of the dog toys.

Our current foster “win”, Finnegan, is the happiest floof I’ve ever met. He loves all animals and humans. And will gladly play for hours with your dog! My only requirement is that your pup must be good with children. My daughter has grown up with dogs and is a great little trainer, but also knows not to get in their faces, make sudden movements, etc
A typical day
I have easy access to walking paths, a park, a large back yard and neighbor dogs who also enjoy playing. Not to mention a 7 year old who sees our dog as her brother and will happily wear your pup out with play time and affection.
