Pet care experience
I’m 36 and have had pets all of my life. Wide array of animal varieties and temperaments. I have a senior rescue dog, fish, gerbils at home and a child, they are all thriving. I love building bonds with animals and learning their personalities and quirks. Anyone who knew my dog when he first came home to now would attest to the level of patience and devotion I have. Pets are family, I look forward to treating your family as my own with all the snuggles and praise, and if diet allows -treats

We worked together and she is fantastic with dogs. She often brought her dog to work with her to brush up on his socialization skills. She always had treats stashed in her desk for visiting dogs <3
I have two dogs and she has helped me out several times in a pinch to let them out when I’m running later than expected. It’s nice to come home to happy boys relaxed on the couch after a good walk and supper. She is accountable and always true to her word.
Amy is an incredible pet owner. From fish, to birds, dogs and cats. She loves them all. She is very good with animals that have special needs and very loving and active. I highly recommend

I do not intend to board pets in my home unless I was familiar with the animal and it would be a good fit in our home which could be discussed at a later date. In a clients home it would depend on the needs of the animals. Ensure they have food and water, engage in play, get them exercised through a walk or play if it’s an indoor animal, medications are also a consideration if that’s part of their routine.

A typical day
Walks, play, cuddles and treats if allowed. Explore the neighborhood and if nearby wooded trails those are my favourite, lots of new smells to engage with.

I work full time and intend to fit pet care around my work schedule. Mostly early mornings, evenings and weekends. Occasional lunches when I have work from home days.
