Amy is by far the best dog sitter we ever have! She will treat your dog(s) with lots of love, care and fun. My dog, Kenzo, was nervous in the beginning but Amy knew how to make him feel comfortable and right at home. She also made sure to give him lots of play time and exercise in her fenced yard. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Words can’t express how great ...

Very conscientious. Has a way with dogs. Particularly impressive is her handling of multiple dogs. Our Rodrigo is not easy to please and he loves Amy.

Caring For Your Furry K-9 Kids

I am a Temple Owl grad and a former Central Lancer! Woot 269! I have been on Rover for about 2 years now. (Wow how time flies.) I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters, and other furry, feathery creatures. Specifically, I have 4 years of experience training animals and caring for sick pups and cats in a clinical setting, administering medication and IV's. I <3 all furry animals and turtles! (Maybe with the exception of ...

What Amy would like to know about your dog

I want to make the transition as easy as possible.
- Let me know your pups daily routine like their feeding, walking, sleeping schedules.
- If there are any health problems or if I would need to give them any medications or have specific dietary needs.
-Any GI problems or foods to avoid such as sweet potatoes, peanut butter, bananas, or other dog treats.
-And of course let me know if your pups personality, if they are outgoing or shy around strangers.
-For the health of all the pups, your pup must be on a flea and tick treatment and up to date on their core vaccinations.
-I live in a duplex in quite neighborhood and would like to be a good to my neighbors, so I would prefer not to house pups with dominate behavior, obsessive barking, or severely-extreme separation anxiety. Thanks for your understanding.

Long stays I would like to set time aside for a meet and greet. This allows me to bribe your pup with a milk bone, get them more comfortable with me, and reduces stress the day of the stay.

For meet and greets, drop offs, and pick ups, I ask that you send a me a quick message with your ETA. Please do not knock on the door but use the white doorbell with the letter "R". It is a silent doorbell so feel free to press it to get me attention. Please note that I don't do shoes in the home after the mud room. Thanks in advance for understanding.

Please let me know when your plans for drop off and pick up of your fur-baby. I am more flexible on the weekends but I do have preferred hours during the weekday.
Drop Off:
Monday-Friday: After 4:30 PM
Saturday-Sunday: Before 11:30AM, 2PM-3PM, and After 5:30PM
Pick Up:
Monday-Friday: Before 7:45AM, Between 12-2PM, and After 4:15PM
Saturday- Sunday: Before 11:30AM, 2PM-3PM, and After 5:30PM

Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

When Amy watches your pet

My home has a private fenced in yard for your pup and I to run, play fetch, and hang out in. Unless otherwise you say, your pup can expect about 4 walks/potty breaks a day. Once in the morning, lunch-time, afternoon, and before bedtime. A tired pup is a good pup as they say. I work M-F, away from home but I and about 8 minutes away from work so I will always come home during my hour breaks so you pup will have more attention and also have a bonus noon-time walk too!!
