I have been an animal lover since I was a child. I grew up with animals, cats, dogs, goats, horses and a cow. I come from a long line of animal lovers and can’t imagine a household without pets. As an adult, I have cared for crippled, blind and cancer ridden pets which has afforded me the opportunity to learn an abundance about animal care. Currently, I have two dogs, a rescue dog of unknown breed but full of life and personality and an eight pound Yorkie and Chihuahua mix that is my shadow. They both bring me so much happiness and I know your dog will too! My approach to dog sitting is to allow your pet to maintain all of his regular habits; sleeping in their regular place, keeping same schedule for outside visits/walks and eating and sleeping. Once I know your pet’s routine, I will make sure that their routine is carried out as well as giving your pet lots of love and attention while you are away. I understand that pets often have anxiety when their humans are away and I will help to calm your pet’s anxiety and nervousness.
