I have loved and cared for animals since I was 6 years old. I had 2 black labs, 2 cats, and 3 bunnies from the age of 6 until 25. I have a lot of experience walking dogs and caring for them while their owners are on vacations. Me and my fiancé have hosted our friends dogs in our home and have been to friends and family’s homes to watch their animals. I live in a very safe and private neighborhood with great walking trails and a big private yard. I was an athlete growing up so I am very active and love long walks. I live in a very loving and safe home and come from a respectful, responsible and loving family. Your dog is your family and I completely understand how important they are to you! Caring for your fur baby will be my top priority and I can assure you they will be safe and happy with me. :) I go on daily walks so walking or caring for your pup will work perfectly into my schedule. I can work around your schedule as mine is flexible. Dogs make me so happy; they brighten my day so it would be a pleasure to walk, play and hang out with your doggy! I do not have any animals of my own living with me so your dog will get my full attention! I recently cared for a puppy for a week and we went on walks every two hours so I understand how much attention they need. We crate trained him at night per the owners request but kept him next to our bed so he didn’t feel alone. I actually trained the puppy to lay down and stay. I like to always have my eyes on the dog when they are in my home. I will move my laptop to whatever room they feel most comfortable in. My house is 3,000 sq ft and open concept. If I go to your home I will take them on long walks and document how the walk went/ if they went to the bathroom, etc. so you know exactly how their day was with me! :) I will also help teach them new tricks or commands if you want me to, I truly enjoy that and have been successful. I will always check with you if your dog likes to communicate with other dogs so if we are on a walk and see another dog, I’ll know whether or not to wait for the other dog to pass or us to walk in a different direction. I want your dog to feel completely comfortable with me. I understand that you may have a job that takes up more of your time right now, or that hotels or vacation rentals don’t allow your doggy, so that’s where I am here to help! I’m an excellent communicator, a great care taker and a professional who loves animals! It would be an honor to watch your dog/s for you!
