Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m Amy, and I’m currently a junior at mizzou in the radiography program. Since I don’t have time for a full time job I thought “what a great way to make money being around something I love most: dogs.” I have experience with dogs as I have always had dogs growing up. I currently have a Shetland Sheepdog with a lot of energy! I’m very passionate about dogs as well as training. I’ve trained my own dog as well as helped others. My best friends and I share an apartment so we have one dog here. She is a Great Pyrenees mix. She’s the biggest cuddled and lab dog. She is great around dogs and very calm. I love tali’s Sadie to the Twin Peaks dog park here in Columbia. Walking dogs, or just being outside with them is something I love to do. I would love to take care of your fur baby!

Amy did a great job with my puppy Saturday. She was supposed to watch her Sunday, but she didn’t answer my messages or calls when I came to her apartment to drop her off. Luckily my friend who lives in the same apartment complex was able to take her until I could go and pick her up during my break and bring her home.
Amy was great with my dogs, and respectful of my house and my time. I really appreciated her being able to start on such short notice and work with my dogs who need some special help. I will definitely keep her in mind if I need another short term drop-in!
I have known Amy for 15 years and she has always been an avid dog lover! I always ask her to watch my dogs (I have a pitbull and a yorkie) when I go out of town and she is wonderful! She does well with both of my dogs considering one is large and the other is tiny. She makes sure they have plenty of play time and she makes sure to send me pictures so that I can see them! She is very responsible and so loving towards dogs. I would definitely recommend her if you want your dog properly taken care of!
