Pet care experience
I grew up on a large farm, with all types of animals and learned to love and care for them all! I now have two dogs, both rescues, that are my whole world. I can't wait to meet your beloved family member and give them the time they need when you aren't able to!

Amy was awesome! She took care of my standard poodle puppy for a week. This was the first time since I'd gotten him that we have been apart. He tends to be a little anxious with new things, and she was patient and sweet and he had a great time. He got lots of walks and enjoyed playing with Amy's two sweet dogs. I will definitely book with Amy again!
Amy is so kind, compassionate, and responsible. My dog, Walter, totally gravitated toward her, and I immediately felt comfortable leaving him with her. We've used her as an in-home pet sitter for the past two years any time we vacation, and it makes being out of town so much less stressful knowing Walter is safe and happy with her! I suggest her to all my friends and none have been disappointed.
Amy and I have 2 dogs together and she looks after them with love & care. The first dog we got lived at my apartment in college, and from a dog owners perspective, I could not have asked for a better person to help watch Angus (my first dog). Outside of the intangibles, she is incredibly knowledgeable about health and upkeep as her mother is a large animal vet, and is well equipped to handle emergency situations if/when they arise. Highly recommend!
Amy is incredibly loving and nurturing to dogs. She has two of her own and treats them with utmost respect. She constantly looks out for their safety and ensures that they are having a good time. The only risk of Amy spending time with your dog is that your dog will like her more than you by the time she returns it.

My backyard has a 6 1/2 foot tall wooden fence, so your pup will always be safe playing in the backyard. I also have two pups of my own who are the friendliest babies you'll meet. They LOVE meeting and playing with new dogs and are very gentle and kind. They have never shown any aggression towards any other dogs on or off leash. I also have the ability to separate dogs if your baby would prefer to be by themselves! I have a large crate, if needed, but I typically don't use this because I think dogs do better when they are free to roam :)

A typical day
I live right next to Washington Park, which is a large park with walking trails and lakes! My puppies love to go on a walk and then take a swim to cool off! I also have a large backyard that is perfect for playing with toys and getting some zoomies out! I’m typically available from 8am-5pm, but let me know if you need a different time and I’m happy to work with you if I’m available!

Availability
I work from home, so I'm able to hang out with them all day, let them potty whenever they need, and take them on lots of walks. I have a large backyard and live one block from Washington park, which is an excellent place to take the doggies for walks/play.
