Pet care experience
I managed a doggy daycare for 8 years. I have experience with every breed/size, seniors, puppies and disabled dogs. I have basic grooming skills, have been trained in dog behavior with the dog gurus and am experienced in medication administration . Before managing a doggy daycare I worked at a dog kennel for 2 years. On top of running the kennel and taking care of 70+ dogs I also did dog walking and cat/dog sitting in home.

Amy was wonderful, kind and very communicative, sending me photos and video updates. This was a mini sleepover in preparation for a longer stay and it went very well. Arlo clearly enjoyed himself while in her care, I think he really didn’t want to leave! We can now prepare for our upcoming trip knowing our little man will be in good hands while we are away. Amy is amazing with our three dogs! We never asked anyone to watch or care for them until she came into our lives. Her experience is impressive. Her confidence is comforting. Her sense of calm gives us the peace of mind that we need. We know they are in great hands, and we are so grateful for that!
I’ve known Amy for 4 years now and she’s taken care of my dog like me of her own. She’s always there if I need her and I know I’m leaving my pup in great hands. Amy has a wealth of knowledge as she’s worked with dogs over 10 years I believe and I’ve called her just to get her opinion on if I need a trip to the vet and she’s walked this nervous Nelly off the bridge and told me what to do (or not) and she’s always spot on. I wouldn’t trust my baby with anyone else!
There is no one I trust more than Amy to watch my dogs. After working with dogs for about 10 years, Amy really knows them! And if your pups stay with her, they will be part of a beautiful family while you are away. Plus, they will have a spacious yard to romp in a quiet neighborhood for a stroll. A typical day
I have a big fenced in yard with lots of toys the dogs love running around in. I also live in a quiet neighborhood along the river if your dog likes to swim. As well as my dogs, they love to play with others and have been going to doggy daycare their whole lives.
