Second time booking with this sitter. The first time was ok however, the second time I was extremely unsatisfied with Minnies care. There was zero comunication and zero updates durring her stay. When I went to pick Minnie up the sitter didnt say a word to me. I noticed Minnie was limping when we got home. After inspecting her paws and a trip to the vet it seemed that Minnie had some type of severe allergic reaction. Her paws were red, inflamed, and bleeding. Minnie was in pain everytime she walked on her paws and had to be carried arround. Im not upset about the allergoc reaction because things happen but what im upset about it was that the sitter failed to inform me that something was wrong and failed to comunicate this to me. This type of thing is not ok under any circumstance. I will not be rebooking and you shouldn't either unless you want half a** care. Theres a reason why this sottwr is so cheap.. guess you get what you pay for.

Amy and Connie were wonderful! Communication was good and quick. My pup had a great time with them and had many others to play with. I would definitely rebook with them. Thank you!
