Dog-loving couple to love your dog!
Pet care experience
Married couple in our late 30s who love dogs. We have had cats or dogs for pets most of our lives. Skilled and comfortable with administering oral medications as needed. Can potty a dog every 2 hours during the day. Chris is currently job searching from home full time and Amy currently works full time from home. We are available throughout the day and night. We are available weekdays and weekends. We take a walk almost every day after work or at lunchtime. Carpeted home, and dogs are allowed on the furniture and the bed. Designated grassy areas for doggie potty throughout the living complex. No yard. Daily walks in nearby nature preserve (leashed dogs are allowed) within walking distance. Visitor parking at entrance to the living complex and some visitor spaces designated throughout. Willing to take dog's own familiar bed into our home if desired to make their stay more comfortable. We do live up 3 flights of outdoor stairs and are willing to meet you outside to pick up your dog and return your dog after their visit. We currently have no other pets. We have no children.

Both Amy & Chris were fantastic with Kuma. I was so nervous dropping him off for his first boarding experience, but immediately felt at ease after receiving so many reassuring updates, photos, and videos from them. I can tell Kuma adored them. I so appreciate the love, care, and playful attention that Amy & Chris gave back to him. It makes me feel so happy and comforted to know he was so well taken care of during his stay with them.
Fender loved his stay with Amy and Chris. He even turned around to look for them as we left. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

We cannot care for dogs who are not potty trained. Also, we cannot care for old large dogs because we live up three flights of stairs and while there are plenty of grassy dog areas in our complex, we have no yard. We want them to visit our home before they board to ensure they are comfortable with us. We would want to know their energy level, because while we can walk them daily in addition to frequent potty breaks, due to lack of our pwm yard we may not be able to accommodate very high-energy dogs. We would want to know the dog’s personality, how much attention they enjoy, and how frequently they are used to potty breaks. We have no breed preference.
A typical day
A dog staying with us would get walked every day in addition to frequent potty breaks. We love to play with dogs inside our house and they can expect lots of love and attention.

We both work from home so can do morning and noon walks during the short winter days. Even more frequent potty times up to every 2 hours. Lots of play and cuddles. Dogs are allowed on the bed and furniture.
