That’s why we're offering our quiet, safe, and cozy home for your small doggo (max 25lbs) to hang out with us and our small dog (Billy) while you’re at work, away on vacation, or just need some time for yourself. Is your small dog... 👍 Good with (or uninterested in) other dogs? 👍 Over 1.5 years old? 👍 Low to medium energy? 👍 Spade or neutered? 👍 Not an English bulldog or French bulldog (Sorry - Billy just doesn't get along with these breeds 😔)? 👍 A maximum of 25 lbs? Yes? Then we're a GREAT fit. On the other hand, if your dog is regularly reactive to other dogs (lunging/barking/fighting), we're unfortunately not a good fit. When you leave your small dog with us, your little furbaby will be loved and cared for as part of our family. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so your dog will have 24/7 care (we will never leave your dog alone - my partner or I will always be home). I can accommodate your dog's needs as they emerge during the day - potty walks every two to four hours; cuddles, attention, and play; LOTS of downtime and naps, and a safe, comfortable space for your dog to relax and feel at home. As an owner of a quirky rescue dog, I have lots of experience managing nervousness and shyness using positive-only reinforcement and reading doggy behavioural cues. I'm very attentive when it comes to making sure your dog happily consents to pets, playing, and contact with our family. If your dog needs time to warm up to new people, no problem. We'll put the time in and give your dog what they need to build trust with us. Every dog is different, and we love to learn about their funny little personalities and meet their unique needs. 🐶 About Billy 🐶 With most dogs, Billy either minds his own business, gives them lots of space, or just wants to play! Billy is very respectful of other dogs who don't want to play and he gives up easily if they're not into his shinnanegans. For the most part, Billy actually likes his space and he snoozes most of the day, so we're always excited to have another dog around that we can give our love to!
