I grew up with various breeds of dogs in the family - from Dobermans and German Shepherds, to Pomeranians and Chihuahuas. Early in our marriage, my husband and I fostered a Bernese Mountain Dog/Retriever mix named Bryce who suffered from bladder cancer; we cared for and loved him until the end, doggy diapers and all. We then adopted a Poodle puppy named Buster, who was like our first child, and would later help us raise 3 human children! We recently added a labradoodle puppy named Arthur to our pack. We also pet sit for our friends' beloved, nearly-blind, senior Labrador Retriever, and a bully mix with severe separation anxiety. I enjoy getting outside, and have lots of experience caring for various dogs, taking them on long walks or to the dog park, etc.
