It’s imperative that I know a dog’s temperament, any needed medication or history of things like seizures. I like to know what makes them happy, whether it’s a favorite toy, a walk, or a favorite place to play. Knowing feeding times will also be important if a client wants me to do this as well. While I have never personally taken care of special needs dogs, I am a quick leaner and very compassionate. I would be eager to sit down with the owner to learn so I can help that dog live out their best years happily and with companionship while the client has to be away from them. Any other important information that is necessary for the health and wealth being of the dog on a case by case basis as well. We will always have a meet and greet and can discuss in detail at that time exactly how I can best serve you and your pup.

I love engaging with dogs, playing fetch or tug o war and helping them to expel that excess energy they NEED to expel to stimulate their brains. I like to learn your dog and exactly what they need and do just that. Long walks running in an open place, or just hanging out. Dog cuddles are my favorite and I know my own senior dogs loves to just lay there with me and cuddle. I don’t mind dogs in my car either so I’m happy to take them to local park, walk at the beach, or wherever makes them happy.
