Many of these dogs come from neglected backgrounds and needs additional attention and patience. Usually, the foster dogs also do not know the basic commands so I would also teach and train them as it generally helps them in the adoption process. I have a dog of my own, and other relatives and friends with dogs that I would take care of frequently.

I have an extremely calm 3 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle mix who will keep them company. A large crate can also be provided if needed for your fur baby. Apartment has 2 rooms so the dogs can be separated if your dog is feeling a bit uneasy in a new environment and needs time to settle in and decompress.

A typical day
My apartment is currently swimming in dog toys and puzzles. I also like to do light train with dogs as a way to simulate them mentally. If permitted by the owner, there is also a dog park near me that I frequently go to and would be able to take your dog as well.

Generally I am up by 7 in the morning so if the dog is used to being walked in the early morning, it will not be a problem. I have a dog of my own and he typically gets 3 walks in during the day depending on weather conditions.
