Hi- I’m Amy! I work in IT and work full time at home. I would love to help take care of your pet if you are out of town! I have my own house, no kids just one dog. Fully fenced backyard. Please reach out to me for meet and greet if you are interested in having me dog sit your pup! :) I have a rescue golden retriever at home, he’s energetic and friendly and would love to play with a new dog. I live in a single family house and we take our dog on two longer walks a day, about 2-3 miles a day. And take our dog out to pee every 3 hours or so. I don’t have any kids and only one dog. Most of my time I am working, cooking or hanging out with sunnie. Looking to help take care of dogs while owners are unavailable!

This was my first experience with Amy. She and Jay and their dog Sunny were very welcoming and eager to give Shadow a good experience. They were very good at learning about Shadow's behavior and needs and our meet and greet with their dog went very well as did the stay. They sent a number of pictures and took very good care of my dog over the weekend stay. I would definitely use them again.
Amy is a loving friend of mine and has been helping me watch my 90 lbs Doberman Pinscher when I’m out of town. My dog absolutely loves playing with her 70 lbs Golden Retriever and they are best friends! Amy is very patient and passionate about all animals, not just dogs in general. She only serves filtered water and made sure their mouths were wiped after drinking. She asks my permission before feeding any fruit and vegetable treats to my dog (no filler snacks), which is very considerate of her. She sectioned off a large area (living room & kitchen) where there are both carpet and tile flooring for my dog’s preference of comfort during different parts of the day. There are plenty of toys and her dog does a wonderful job of sharing all his toys. With Amy watching over my dog, I have a peace of mind that my dog is well taken care of. Amy will always be my go-to dog sitter when I’m out of town!
I have known Amy for a long, long time! I've seen how she cares for her rescue dog, Sunnie and I can confidently say your dog would be in really good hands with her. She spoils him with toys and attention. It is clear she loves her dog and she would treat any other dog the same way. I would trust Amy to take care of my pup any day!

A typical day
I can take dogs out for walks in the morning and evening (so it’s not hot) and I love to give them engagement toys like the kong and lick mats! We also have a yard for fetch if your dog is into it (my golden RETRIEVER isn’t)

I work from home so I can take your pup on frequent potty breaks, multiple walks a day if needed and also have fridge and freezer space for any special food.
