Growing up, I never had a pet, my mother had severe allergies. My life changed the first time I set eyes on my dog, and Italian Mastiff named Hines. Within 3 weeks of having him home, I found out he had two very severe heart conditions, which required him to be on medication until the day he passed away, a few short months ago.
