In our home dog hair is a condiment

Pet care experience

I’ve had dogs all my life and they’ve been well cared for and loved. No dog should be without a loving person and vice versa. Dogs make our life whole and give love unconditionally. I am a dog cuddler and have always have felt I have dog appeal. Dogs know when people love them and I will be sure to give your dog lots of love. Our dog was 13 and she left us this past February. I’m comfortable caring for senior dogs. She needed lots of pills in the last year and we always made her comfortable enough that she would take them without a lot of problems. Our previous dog was a tripod and she required a a lot of care. I’m very comfortable with that.

Amy provided our pup with a loving home, long walks, and couch cuddles while we hit the ski slopes. Appreciated her flexibility on drop off/pick up. Pup was very excited to arrive at her home each day.

Amy and her husband are so great! We have used them twice, and they are amazing with our 2 labs. Would highly recommend!

Amy and her husband were amazing! They sent photos and videos of our mischievous boys and loved on them the whole time. They truly love dogs and are sweet, kind, people. I would definitely recommend them and hope to use them in the future!

Safety, trust & environment

Your dog would be welcome in our home as long as it’s housed trained. Walking is one of my favorite activities so having a dog along makes it so much better. Always on a leash for safety. I’ve had 7 dogs in my life and each one has brought so much joy. Dogs are welcome in any room in our home and if you have furniture rules we’ll abide by them. Otherwise, we do let them on the couch - easier to give them lots of love that way 💕.

Information Amy B. would like to know about your pet

If your dog has special needs I’d like to be aware of that ahead of time so I can be prepared to care for them properly.

A typical day

We have a great walking trail that borders a creek in our neighborhood. That’s one of our favorite places to walk. I typically walk about 3-5 miles a day which your dog might enjoy. If your dog is a fetcher we have plenty of room in our yard to play ball. I used to stimulate our dog by playing hide n seek with small dog treats- she lives that game.

I am retired and our sweet girl passed this year at the age of 13. We miss her terribly. One of our favorite things to do was walking together. Since retiring we are able to travel more so getting a new pup is on the back burner for now. I would love the opportunity to walk and care for your best friend when you need help. I basically have an open schedule except when traveling.
