It was our first experience using Rover, and it was great! We needed somebody to house sit for our dog and two cats. Amy responded to the request quickly, and kept the communication going. She was great with our dog right away. The cats were cautious at first, but in the end they opened up to her too. Amy regularly sent us updates on how the animals were doing. When we got back home , everybody was looking and doing well! We would definitely consider Amy for another stay next time we are out of town :)

Amy took care of our cat Charlie while we were on our honeymoon. He's a bit high-maintenance (since he takes pills twice a day), but Amy made us feel like he was in good hands while we were away. She was responsive and friendly. She also sent us updates to make us feel at ease while we were travelling. We'll definitely be using Amy again and would highly recommend her.
