Pet care experience
I have owned and lived with dogs of all sizes for the majority of my life. I am highly confident in my abilities when it comes to taking care of our furry companions, i.e., walking, training, feeding, bathing, etc. I have trained my own pups, helped train my friends dogs, and am experienced when it comes to caring for senior dogs. A dream of mine is to live on a farm with multiple dogs and provide doggy daycare boarding services to surrounding areas! :)

Amy is amazing with dogs. She has experience boarding and walking dogs. She’ll treat your furry friend like her own and is an incredibly trustworthy and responsible individual. My dog Finn loves her and he always comes home tired after a day of walking/play.
Amy is a great choice for a dog walker she just loves dogs and has looked after many. Big and small dogs of all shapes and sizes are treated kindly, walked and played with. She is a true dog lover in every sense your dog will be in a true caregivers hands. She is a very likeable responsible and trustworthy person.

When it comes to looking after your furry friends, I'd provide a sense of security and routine through discussing your pets unique needs/special care requirements. I have a very warm and attentive presence which animals are able to pick up on. When it comes to dog walking, I can do neighbourhood walks and hiking adventures nearby in safe environments. Inform me of any training you have been working on and I will gladly continue working on such in your home and on walks! I am also more than happy to provide photos of your besties whenever a cute moment arises (which will most likely be all the time)!

A typical day
I love taking dogs on any adventure, whether it be socializing in the downtown core, meeting new furry friends at the dog park, river adventures, hiking, running, biking, and snowy fun. So many beautiful places to explore in the area! Before embarking on any adventure, I'd be sure to discuss your pups needs and comfort level when it comes to activity, on/off leash requests, terrain, and socialization because I always want to be prioritizing their safety above all!

I have a full time job during the week. However, I am available for dog walking services in the early morning, in the later afternoon/evenings along with all day availability on weekends for dog walks and house sitting!
