I have loved animals since I was 2 years old. I have had many species of pets and currently have 3 cats, 6 snakes, a ferret and a tortoise of my own. I have qualifications in horse care and have worked on stable yards and at riding schools. In the past I volunteered regularly at my local cats protection league and regularly look after my families cats and large breed dogs when they go away abroad. I am happy to take care of all animals, great and small and work hard to put your mind at ease whether you are away on holiday or simply at work and need your baby tending to, I will treat them like my own. I am happy to follow your routine to keep things as stress free and as normal as possible for your furry friends and can send you regular updates or wait until you are back to share what we have been up to. I have a keen eye for spotting behaviour changes and any issues that may arise quickly, and will do as required to ensure your pets are cared for as you yourself would care for them. I have rescued many animals, both wild and domesticated and have a gentle, caring and understanding approach towards all living things (one of those people who saves every spider and bug, to ensure it makes it back outside safely 😂) I once swam into the middle of a lake just to rescue a duckling stuck on fishing line, because it would have been too late to wait for help! So for all your fur babies who may be nervous, quirky or shy - I will strive to ensure they are comfortable, happy and enjoy our time together so that you can enjoy your time or focus on what you need to get done, without worrying about your 2,4 or even 0 legged friends 😊
