From the time I was two, I have had a dog or two in the house! I also have had almost every type of pet imaginable- dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, frogs, parrots, even a flying squirrel! loved animals so much that I pursued a degree in biology. I lived on a 180,000 acre ranch in Texas for ten years, studying wildlife management and teaching biology. When I moved back to Ohio, I ran a biology lab at a large university, until I completed my doctorate in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. I currently have three teenagers at home (eek!!!) and two gorgeous, giant puppies. When I’m not at home, caring for my own dogs, I am at my business grooming and boarding dogs! I love making people’s dogs look adorable, taking care of them safely and as part of the family, and making sure your dogs are treated awesome. I have a lot of flexibility, and can take care of any size dog. I’m comfortable with any aged dog (I lost my chihuahua Tipsy last year after having her for 19 years) and any temperament. Dogs always seem to love me! My business is super safe and dog friendly! My Grooming and Boarding salon is in Green, where I care for animals around the clock. We have committed to the utmost safety of every dog we board. They have individual luxury kennels that are inside the shop, a huge doggy deck that functions as a play yard (dogs can't escape, like they might at a sitter's house) and everything is indoors and double gated, to ensure we don't have escapees! I am reliable and dependable, and caring for animals is my full time job. I am always on the lookout for anything that might harm your pets. I do wellness checks on every animal, to ensure their health and safety! When not in the building, I have a series of security cameras that alert me to any dogs who might be having issues. We also cater to elderly pets, pets with health issues, and BIG DOGS! I've cared for hundreds of large dogs - up to 220 pounds!
