Pet care experience
I’ve been called upon by many friends to watch many types of dogs from seniors to puppies and from one dog families to multiple dog (and other animals). I’m very active and love taking my own dog on hikes, to the beach and to the dog parks in the area. I’m currently a graduate student with some time on my hands. I have my own dog I hired a walker for during the week, so I have been on the other end of things and know what I would want and what I expect for someone coming to take care of my pup. I am also currently COVID-19 vaccinated - for all who worry about exposure. I am just happy to lend a hand when needed and I’m almost always home on the weekends for house sitting or spending the day with your pup for all those who have been itching to take a day trip!

Amy is a natural with all animals. Even the most anxious dogs instantly feel at ease with Amy’s infectious smile and warm greetings. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about dog care, as well as a trustworthy and dedicated worker. Any furry family member would be lucky to have Amy as a buddy!
Buddy and Tiger absolutely love Amy! I don’t think twice about leaving them in her care. She is extremely responsible and trustworthy. Amy goes above and beyond to care for my dogs as if they were her own!

Currently I live in an apartment that has a small fenced in area right on the apartment complex site. However, I tend to venture off and walk the local residential neighborhood or go to a pond trail 6 minutes down the road. In the nicer weather I tend to walk down to the pond, enjoy some time there, and walk back. I’m also a big fan of dog parks if you want. Happy to stay overnight at your home and I am very much accustomed to sleeping in bed with a dog, if that’s how your pup sleeps :)

Are they dog friendly? Are they people friendly? I have my own dog at home who is super friendly so I am only considering dogs to be here with me that get a long with other dogs. Dogs would only be together when supervised. My personal pup would be crated when I am gone away from the dog who would be staying here :)
