Aside from owning my own dogs for the last 20+ years (Chihuahuas), I was also a manager for a Doggie Daycare and Sleep Center for 2 years, where we offered daycare as well as overnight stays. I have experience in regular feeding, mixing of food, medications (not insulin) and minor grooming such as baths and brushing. Playtime outside and walks are the best times to spend with a dog, and it makes me happy when I know they are happy. I will admit sitting down and getting snuggles on the couch are nice too. While I have a love for all animals I am a dog person and canines are my favorite. I am picky about my dogs, making sure they are not alone too long and I let them outside every 4 hours. I no longer work the daycare because it became too much about packing as many dogs in as we could, which was very stressful. I prefer the one on one attention, and I'm sure the dogs prefer it too.
