Pet care experience
I’ve never not had a dog or cat of my own in my entire lifetime. I am the go-to person among my friends for cat or dog-sitting. I genuinely care for animals and I think that is what makes me trust worthy and reliable. I’m currently working from home and have the ability to care for cats or dogs and tend to their needs. I have experience with caring for larger dogs. I have room in my apartment for dogs to roam as well as the ability to take the dog(s) out for walks often. I have also taken care of pets in other people’s homes and have always been responsible in that regard.

Lady (my 55 lb Bernedoodle) & I are so happy & relieved to have found Amy. She is super warm & kind. She really does care for your animal as if it's her own. I felt very comfortable having her stay in my home. Lady keeps asking me when I'm going away again so she can hang with Amy!!! Thank you Amy!!!
Amy did a wonderful job. After a last minute cancellation she was able to come through on short notice, was a great communicator and sent photos, and gave me the peace of mind that my little senior was in good hands while I was out. Would recommend anytime

As her brother, I've known Amy Ali my entire life (as well as hers). Growing up we had a family dog named Rusty, whom we all cared for dearly until he passed a few years ago. Since that time, my sister sought to have another pup to care for...and a few years ago she adopted Bailey, who is now part of the family. Amy has many qualities that exemplify her as a competent caregiver... for example, she can keep cool under pressure, and is patient and persistent in the face of difficulty. Amy is reliable, and loves all animals dearly. Given the opportunity, I'm certain she'll be able to share this love with any dog she might encounter as a Rover.com dog sitter.
