Amina was so great with our 3 cats and looking after our plants and fish while we were away! Her reports were so thorough and she provided us with such peace of mind while we were on vacation. Amina was very sweet with our cat Nakita. She took great care of her, and sent us many updates. Nakita is a very social cat, and this was the longest we had ever left her alone. In the past we've had some defiant behaviour ? to us leaving, but this time Nakita was happy and playful when we returned.

I live in a house with a fenced front and back yard and a doubled layered door area which secures space for the animals I take care of. The area helps me keep an eye on dogs while having them enjoy the outdoors. My cats only stay upstairs and likely won't interact with the animals I bring in. Working in environments with intense confidentiality helps me recognized how special people's homes are and how it's a privilege to be invited in to take care of their babies.

A typical day
When visiting someone's home for a drop in I like to send the pet parents lots of photos to see how their kitties feel around my presence. I really love to hear about how they like being cared for so I can give them my best! I also love to take dogs to the parks near my home so we can explore the area and play around before we get back to the long walk. I hope I can tire them out with lots of belly rubs.

I'm thankful to be working from home! That means I can be flexible in the early mornings during lunch or especially in the evenings. Weekends are usually open as well.
