Hello! My name is Amie. I am a lover of all animals and would love to help watch your pets while you are away or get them some exercise while you are at work! I have a pup and two cats of my own and know how much work goes into keeping our fur babies taken care of. I have the ability to work from home and a partner to watch my pup while I’m with your animals - so they will have my full attention for the whole visit!

Amie grew up with St Bernards and she has a calm and gentle manner that dogs respond well to. Amie has experience with interacting with multiple dogs at once and she is patient consistent when caring for all dogs. Amie's gentle manner and reliability make her a great dog person!
Amie is a great dog caregiver! She grew up with three slobbery, giant, lovable St. Bernards! Now in college, she volunteers at Heart of the Valley Humane Society. My pup George has a lot of energy so I completely understand the need to get your pup exercise, as well as cuddles, to be sure they are getting the love and attention the need.

Information Amie K. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful to know what time your pup likes to eat, types of exercise they like the most and their overall typical routine. I also know ever pup has their quirks (and that’s okay!) so it would be helpful to know if they are reactive in a leash, chew up stuff when your out of the house, or any other funny habits to be aware of! I’ve house say for many dogs with many different personalities - it’s just helpful to know ahead of time what they are so I can take the best possible care of them while you are away!
A typical day
A typical day would start with waking up at whatever time your pup is used to (I am a very early riser so it’s okay if your pup is too!) get them outside for a potty break and have some breakfast! From there we would go for a walk or to the park depending on your pups means of exercise. After our walk I can work from home so your pup or kitty has a human to hang with. If your dog is comfortable with other dogs I would be happy to take them to the park with my dog George, but my partner often watches him when I am away pet sitting as I know it’s not always ideal to have a new dog in your home while you are away. We would end the day with a big hike or romp and the park, have some din and cuddle up for the night!

My work schedule is extremely flexible and I am able to work from home. Unless I am out of town, or have family visiting, I am available all day everyday for your pup or kitty!
