I hired Ami to watch our 3 dogs, via drop in visits 3 on 1 day, 1 the second day. Unfortunately, we cancelled the last 2 visits because I wasnt comfortable having Ami continue. Thankfully we just turned around and came back from Cincinnati. The reason we cancelled is because he 1st was exactly 15 minutes (charged $60 for the 15 minutes) when we previously discussed in interview our special needs dog has to remain in upright position -90 degrees after eating for 20 to 30 minutes in order for gravity to take food to stomach. He is unable to swallow. The next visit was to happen at 4pm. She arrived 50 minutes late and sent me a message saying Finley- our special needs dog wouldnt it. I explained, relax with hom, love him hes probably nervous. Come to find out she was trying to feed him in his chair which was not instructions and he knew it so wouldnt eat because he couldnt aspirate because food could fall directly into lungs. I sent links explaining condition and the chair process, but apparently none were read. I also had printed instructions on process on the counter. After these first 2 visits we couldnt allow her to continue...it was critical for our little one. Other sitters have done well with him..many times. I gave two star for overall performance.

Ami was great! She took excellent care of our girls and was such a pleasure to work with...absolutely going to keep this gem of a human on my short list for cat sitting. She is an absolute sweetheart.
