My husband and I adopted our first pup--Maggi--together at the beginning of this year. We fell in love instantly. When we’ve had times where we weren't able to watch over her, we turned to Rover. After using the service to find a boarding home for Maggi, we wanted to be able to provide the same service and comfort to others in our community. Plus, it gives our Maggi a playmate! When I have to leave Maggi, I get anxious about what she's up to or how she's doing. Knowing that feeling, I will always keep owners up to date on our day together. And I love taking photos which I think is the best way to keep owners' minds at ease. I haven't had the most experience with dogs, but adopting one of my own changed my life for the better and now I can't imagine being without dogs in my life. I'm a people-pleaser, and I also know the anxiety that comes with leaving your fur-baby alone for any amount of time, so I want to do the best to alleviate that anxiety by providing a safe and fun environment. I couldn't have my own dog growing up, but as soon as I got my own place and got married, I couldn’t wait to adopt a dog of my own. My husband, Harsh grew up with a Beagle and a Mini Chihuahua which he had to leave with his parents in Arizona, so likewise he was excited to have one of our own. Harsh is also excited to help out with doggy visitors!
