I love all animals but I’m definitely a “cat person”! I have cared for cats most of my life, and I’m a devoted parent to 2 senior cats I have raised since they were kittens. People frequently trust me to care for their especially shy and anxious cats, and I have often been called a “cat whisperer”! I am knowledgeable regarding cat behavior and common health issues, and I have experience administering oral medications and monitoring cats for health and behavior concerns. I will spend time engaging your cat in their favorite activities (playtime, cuddling, brushing, etc) and I always make sure the litter box is clean!

I will take extra steps to make sure your pet is safe and cared for, and my familiarity with common behavioral and health issues in pets helps me notice potential issues so I can alert you regarding any concerns.

Amethyst is a cat whisperer! Our kitties love her so much they run to the door to greet her - even when we are home! She will take great care of your fur babies, while communicating regularly and sending *the best* picture updates!
Amethyst provided the most attentive and loving care for our Miyuki while we were gone. She gave us updates on how she thought Miyuki was feeling and adjusted the environment and her approach to make sure Miyuki was as happy and fulfilled as possible while we were away. She even found out ways that she liked to be petted! Her communication and coordination are fabulous. We will definitely rebook with her when we have to be away again. 💯 Recommend.
