I have experience with a variety of dogs and cats from pet sitting, volunteering at an animal shelter and living with pets. I have worked with many different sizes and breeds of dogs. I am knowledable about safety guidelines, interactions with other people and animals and following training routines. I am very observant and mindful of what pets are expressing and what they need from moment to moment. I am attentive and understand what pets need to feel loved and cared for. I know how to treat them with kindness and also establish boundaries to avoid behavior issues. I consider myself a firm but gentle person. I have a little experience with fish and birds as well. I am available for dog walking and drop-in or overnight pet sitting.
