Fun-sized dog lover seeks dogs
Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs (beagles, golden retrievers and labradors). I'm flexible with dogs of all sizes and temperaments as a result. The summer after my freshman year of college, I dog sat for my aunt's two dogs, both of whom are mutts, several times. I am willing to wake up early to make sure your dogs' morning needs are met (as a recent college graduate, I have a lot of practice with waking up early!) and will spend as much time playing with them as they need. I have a positive and upbeat attitude and can't wait to work with you and your dogs!

Amelia is a true dog lover. She took excellent care of my two not-always-easy-to-handle pups: a 50-pound lab mix who loves to chase cats, and an 11-pound chihuahua mix who does not enjoy long walks. They are always thrilled to see her (I get jealous when they show her so much affection). She is someone you can depend on and feel good about leaving your pets in her care.

I'm open to any breed for the most part. I am fairly small (just over five feet), so dogs on the extremely large size might be a bit of a challenge for me. That being said, I grew up with golden retrievers, so I can handle larger and energetic dogs with no problem.
A typical day
I'll take your dog on a walk wherever you'd prefer me to. I personally enjoy taking my own dogs to parks and other natural areas where they can enjoy nature, but if you have other preferences, I'll be more than happy to meet them. In terms of fun activities, I'm a huge fan of fetch. Even if a dog isn't the best at bringing a ball or toy back, I'm more than willing to throw it for them.
