Pet care experience
I have two pups who live back in Houston with my parents, two who live with my sister in Houston, and one sweet little girl who is mine! I have grown up with dogs of all sizes and ages my whole life. I love snuggling with them on the couch while watching Netflix, but also love taking them out on walks or with me to pet friendly places!

We highly recommend Amelia! She was very responsive and quickly answered all of our questions. When we first met Amelia we felt reassured that our dogs (which are our children) were in very good hands!! We could tell instantly that she was going to care for them and give them the attention they required. When we picked them up they were so happy and comfortable in their surroundings. We will definitely use Amelia again and we highly recommend her!
I'm so glad I found Amelia to help watch Ozzie while I was away for the weekend. She took such great care of my snuggle bug, and sent me pictures to reassure me that he was ok. I've had an experience in the past where I left Oz with another boarder and when I picked him up he seemed scared and not himself. With Amelia, he was just a typical happy dog. I could tell that she had really cared for him and given him lots of attention.

Please let me know if your dog is friendly with others, as I have a Toy Poodle (who will try to become their best friend during their stay). Feel free to bring your pup’s bed/crate, and any of their favorite toys as I want them to be comfortable!

Is your dog friendly with other dogs? Is your dog crate trained, or do they prefer to roam? What is your dog's typical routine? Is your dog on any medication that will need to be administered during their stay? (I am able to give pills, but am not trained with injections)
A typical day
I live very close to quite a few parks/trails where I can take your dog for a walk! There is also a dog park at my complex that I can take your dog to for playtime.

Availability
I work half days on Thursdays in an office near the Domain, otherwise I am completely WFH! My apartment has a dog park, as well as plenty of walking paths to explore. I will work to maintain the schedule your dog is currently on, and will be sure to give them lots of extra love during your time apart.
