Hi! My name is Amelia and we live at Hanscom AFB with my husband and 3 children. We lost our Basset hound a few months ago and we have really missed having a dog around for companionship. Dog sitting has given my family a great opportunity to get to take care of dogs while getting the companionship we need from them. I’ve dog sat in the past for friends/family and we and have really enjoyed dog-sitting, so Rover became a very natural option for us! Our home is very welcoming to dogs! When dogs come to visit we provide bedding and a lovely little fenced-in yard, in a quiet neighborhood. I am a stay-at-home mom so there will always be a presence throughout the day. With 3 young children, there will be lots of love, attention and playtime whenever your dog comes to stay! We are a very active family and like to take the dogs out for walks, sometimes multiple times a day, to the park or a quick jog around the base. I am also happy to send pictures and updates on how your pet is doing. We do request a quick meet-n-greet prior to first reservation, as we believe this is beneficial to both of us. I like to get to know your dog to better understand his/ her routine, likes, dislikes, diet, exercise routine, etc. Please no aggressive dogs towards kids or other animals!
