I have had 6 small-big dogs throughout my life and as well as managing a doggy daycare for two years now and manage a group home for the intellectual disabled:) and I plan on becoming a k9-trainer for the military, I have long time experience with elderly , puppy, and reactive dogs , I do boarding at my home and owners homes also , I can do bathing, teeth brushing ,nail clipping (haircuts I cannot) , love working with animals as you can see 🥹💓

Granted my message was a last minute one, I had a last minute cancellation and was in an urgent need to go to Canada . I messaged Amelia and she said she would be able to help with the dog. She offered to pick up my puppy at 7:00am. It is currently 7:37 am and I did not get a response from her, which is very frustrating knowing that I have somewhere to go. I texted her twice and still nothing, very unprofessional!
Great communication and our pets were well cared for!
Amelia house-and dog-sat for 3 nights with our 2 miniature poodles. She sent daily reports and left the house looking tidy. She also managed to deal with my first-time-leaving-the-dogs-with-a-stranger apprehension. I appreciate the attention she paid to them.
Amelia was great! My dog was happy and relaxed when we returned. Amelia gave updates with pics and left our house in perfect condition.

Since I work at a doggy daycare, if your dog is comfortable with other dogs, they can come to work with me. If not, I’m able to stay home. I also have a yard at my house as well and my other job at the group home has a yard too fenced in! 😋, safety is my number one priority, I usually have the owners write me a list describing the dog what the dogs needs are as well as if it’s a cat, <same thing , feeding instructions , what’s your dogs Favorite toy? give me the rundown of everything so I can ensure your dog is happy and you’re happy.💓

A typical day
I love going for walks, I have plenty of toys for outside , frisbee*tennis balls*bubbles , you’d be surprised with how many dogs get mesmerized by bubbles? there’s a pond near me that’s great for walking dogs and I have a kiddie pool for those hot days ?

Availability
Since I manage both jobs, my schedule is pretty flexible. I make the schedule for both jobs as well so I am free whenever needed and I’m able to bring dogs to both jobs if anything :)
