Pet care experience
I have experience in a wide variety of animal care including cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, small animals (guinea pigs, hamsters, hedgehogs, and sugar gliders) horses and goats. I am skilled in dispensing oral medications as well as subcutaneous fluids and medications. I also have experience volunteering in animal rescue and animal education groups.

5 Stars, as usual! We had a delay in leaving due to bad weather and Amelia was flexible to change the schedule a bit. Much appreciated! She is the cat whisperer too! Binky cat has never come out for pet sitters before Amelia. He is a very harsh judge of character and warmed up to Amelia right away!

Amelia is reliable and good commentator. She watched our 4 dogs for 8 days. We had her stay overnight and come midday, as well. Dogs were in great spirits when we arrived home.
This was my first time ever using Rover to find a pet-sitting service and I’m very grateful to have had such a positive experience. I didn’t know what to expect when allowing someone new to care for my 80 lb German Shepherd child but Sokka warmed up to Amelia quickly during the meet & greet and Amelia sent photos every day of my dog outside or enjoying the comfort of his home. I did not have to stress or wonder whether he was getting special attention and was very comforted knowing that he was being well cared-for. I also appreciated that when I got home late on the last day, everything was just as clean as I had left it and my babies were happy and ready to see me. Thank you so much!!

I do not provide care in my home as I have my own pets who sometimes do not play well with strangers. I can provide inhome care at the client's home. I can stay overnite or not depending on your pet's needs. I try to stay as close to the pets normal schedule as possible for feeding, walking, and playtime to avoid putting more stress on them while you are away.

I currently work full time at a law firm downtown. If you are located in the Midtown or Downtown areas, I am able to provide services early morning, midday and evening Monday thru Friday. I can service other locations morning and afternoon Monday thru Friday. Weekends I can provide services anytime.
