Pet care experience
I’m retired with two mixed terrier pups (Daisy and Minnie) of my own. I share my home with my daughter, Christina, who helps care for all our pet guests along with my 12 and 14 yr old grandchildren and their two sweet pups Ramona and Llama. We love walking and being outdoors and treat all fur babies like family! We have a large home with a fenced yard in a beautiful, dog friendly neighborhood. The whole family loves to help with our furry friends so your precious pup will rarely (if ever) be alone. We have separate spaces for resting and mealtimes and can accommodate crate trained and non crate trained pets. We know that meeting new friends can be intimidating so all doggie introductions are supervised, in the backyard with just one or two other dogs at a time.

I have never left my dog anywhere and was apprehensive when the need arose assuming I could never find a place she felt comfortable. I was wrong!! Amelia and her entire family welcomed my Bella with open arms and treated her like one of their own. They are such a sweet family with close attention to detail and open communication. Bella will be back!!
Amelia and her entire family were so wonderful. My little guy had the best time and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing he was in such good hands. Great communication. Will definitely be booking again!
Amelia and her family were just so lovely and great to have as dog sitters! Luna definitely had fun playing with the kids and other dogs and we can promise she’ll be back again with her friends ☺️
Amelia did an excellent job taking care of Bodhi!! I was out of town two weekends in a row and both times she gave him plenty of exercise (he has energy) and sent updates of him playing and walking while I was away. Highly recommended when your pup needs a home away from home!!!

Please let us know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors we need to be on the lookout for. Unfortunately we cannot board pets with a history of aggression and/or biting. We keep our four dogs current on all vet care and we require that all our pet guests be fully potty trained and up to date on all shots and vaccines as well as flea and heartworm meds.
A typical day
We love to share your pet’s day with you! We send pics, videos and updates every day so that you can see how your pup is doing. We feed our dogs breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening but can accommodate your pet’s feeding schedule. We enjoy daily walks, twice a day through our beautiful neighborhood and playing in the backyard. Outside time to potty and play in the yard at least every 3-4 hours. If your pup is older and needs less activity we can accommodate them too. We have a full, happy house so every pet guest gets lots of attention, snuggles and playtime!

Availability
I’m retired and my dogs are my babies! I love to stay active and enjoy walking the neighborhood and working in our fenced-in yard with my pups by my side. My daughter and my two grandchildren enjoy lending a hand so your pet will always have someone to shower them with attention while they’re with us.
