Hello there dog lovers! I am so excited to meet your furry best friend(s)! Growing up I’ve taken care of check-ins and walks for my neighbor’s Eskimo dog. Now I have gained valuable experience from caring for my sisters Pug when he was a puppy to a colleagues Greyhound as a senior dog.

Amelia has been a wonderful caretaker of our dog in the last few years. She is extremely compassionate and treats our dog like her own. She follows details that we leave with her and we are always impressed when she takes care of our dog.
Amelia is amazing with dogs! I have a rambunctious border collie named Kaya who is constantly wanting to play and run around. Amelia is always willing to cater to Kaya's energetic behavior by playing fetch with her and going on lots of walks. She is always so sweet and kind towards Kaya and I cannot think of anyone more capable of caring for my dog!
Amelia is a wonderful and compassion gal that you would be lucky to have! She is hard working and orientated to details that she will ensure any instructions or needs your little furry pal are taken care of! She has watched our animals many times before and always has done an amazing job keeping them entertained/ played with, fed, and taken on a good long walk. They always greet her hello and goodbye with lots of love and kisses. Amelia would do well with furry friend that she is given the opportunity to walk or watch!

I may crate my dog when cleaning or gone extended periods of time. I don’t allow my dog on furniture. I pick up toys to put in a bucket at the end of playtime. And in someone else’s home I take the necessary time to learn the dogs existing routine.

I would like to be made aware of any habits around meal times, medications, other people, bathroom breaks, walks, and playtime. I generally would also like to insure other dogs would walk well together. Lastly, I prefer to have a good idea of the dogs personality including barking, wining, signaling, likes/dislikes.
A typical day
I love to play tuggle war and fetch! I walk early in the evenings about a 1/2 mile to a full mile until the dog is ready for a nap. I also give treats for good behavior.

Availability
My work schedule currently keeps me at home Monday through Thursday. This allows me to have weekdays free for dog sitting or just a nice walk.
